Stomach issues?

I am currently having stomach issues. On May 18th I had a panic attack which led to me vomiting. After that, I could not eat or drink without getting nauseous and getting diarrhea. I was severely dehydrated and I lost 20 pounds. This went on until June. I got taken to the ER for stomach pains and nausea. The doctor that I was seeing took me back for an x-ray to see if I was constipated (blockage). Everything was fine. He gave me a shot for nausea and pain and sent me home saying I had an inflamed gallbladder. I then got an appointment with a doctor after they could finally squeeze me in. I got an appointment for blood work and an ultrasound. They discovered I had gallstones.

I got my gallbladder removed on July 2nd. After that, I was still experiencing nausea and now I’m constipated. If I’m not constipated, I still have a hard stool. I got an endoscopy on August 30th to see if I had h-pylori. I got biopsies and everything came back fine. She did see that my stomach lining and small intestines were inflamed. I’m currently taking pantoprazole twice a day, Zofran for when I get nausea and bupropion for anxiety. I have recently discovered that I get headaches more frequently and sometimes dizziness/lightheadedness. I take Tylenol when that happens but it doesn’t work. I still get nauseous even if I haven’t drunk or ate anything.

I can go a couple of days or a week feeling good then the next minute it just randomly hits me. I get nauseous and I just feel weird. I get full easily now and sometimes when I get nausea or this spell, my stomach feels bloated. It just doesn’t feel right when this spell happens. My doctor wants me to get a colonoscopy but I want to know if there is something else I can do before that. I don’t want any more surgeries. I want to be healthy. I’m only 16 and I’ve already had 5 surgeries in my life. we don’t know if I should see a gastroenterologist, digestive center, or my local children’s hospital. At this point, everybody is clueless and upset. I’m very upset and stressed that nobody can figure out what’s going on. When I get gas pains or go #2, the gas pain is severe and I get crampy or pain when I actually go.

Yes. You should see a pediatric gastroenterologist. You can have GI tract anomalies which could cause similar symptoms. And you need a CAT scan of the brain to check pituitary and other pathology ASAP.
Your panic disorder is not properly controlled. Try Rapid Transformational Therapy, therapist Jonathan Butler. You may start Cymbalta. This could be POTS. Consult GI and Endocrinology.
A colonoscopy is probably not going to help. You need a good gastro doctor to evaluate you carefully and make a proper diagnosis. I suspect that your history of panic attacks is related to the nausea and that you may have a functional disorder of the GI tract. Not knowing all the details of your case makes it difficult to make any firm conclusions, but sometimes neurologic medicines are needed to treat nausea along with treatment of anxiety.
