I have been having really bad stomach pain for a few weeks and don't know why.

You have not given me much pertinent information. You should seek immediate care from your doctor or urgent care or emergency room!
It would help a lot if you provide some detail. It is impossible to comment based on the little that you report. It could be so many different diagnoses.
