“Stomach pain?”
I have stomach pain because of gas and have a lot of pain. For the last two days, my poop has been different.

This could happen due to eating food that you are intolerant to. Go back to your regular diet, eat few spoons if oatmeal 3 times a day, drink water , avoid spicy food and gas producing vegetables. If your symptoms become chronic see your primary doctor rule out inflammatory bowel problems.
I need more info to help you. Many patients will say that pain is from gas but that's not always the case. Bloating after eating, for example, is not usually from gas. Lower abdominal pain that gets better after farting is consistent with gas in the colon causing pain. But I need more detail in your particular case. Anyway, if you keep having trouble, then you should seek a further evaluation with a history and physical exam to try to help resolve your problem.
