My son is 7 years old and he has chest pain. What can you give a child for chest pain?

Unfortunately it’s not that simple. Need to determine the CAUSE of his chest pain. Is it respiratory (ie asthma), cardiac, musculoskeletal, other. Once we know the cause treatment becomes more evident
