“Stomach pain ”
Having really bad pain in my stomach and sides and back and can't even eat or drink without getting sick to my stomach I'm thinking it's my gallbladder

Not sure if it is your gallbladder, but the first step would be to get an ultrasound to see if you have any gallstones.
