“Stomach problems?”
All food types pass straight through but stool does not form a shape. I have severe stomach pain, feel sick, and need to urinate constantly. I also have fatigue and heartburn.

You need to have a proper evaluation to determine if you have chronic diarrhea, possibly irritable bowel, or something else. See a gastroenterologist.
You need to see a gastroenterologist and a primary care physician promptly. You could have one problem causing all your symptoms or more than one problem causing the problem collectively.
Transit through the intestine and the color, content and caliber of our stools are highly variable. Would speak to your PCP about obtaining basic laboratory workup to rule out infection and assess your blood sugars.
