“Swollen vagina?”
I had sexual activity and found a condom stuck in me. At the time my vagina was swollen and very tender. Once I took it out it went down 1 day later but it’s still a little uncomfortable down there.

I’d recommend epsom salt bath soak daily until you feel better.
