“TIA-like experience ”

Hello, I had a weird thing happen to me last night that lasted only a few seconds (up to a minute).
-Went out for a beer after studying whole day and these symptoms occured: eye strain, tinnitus (or similar ringing/buzzing in ears that slowly increased), temporary blurring and vision loss, followed by feeling of warmness in upper body with a few seconds of tingling on the skin.
-Went to the bathroom, washed my face and went outside (still had blurry vission and little dizziness) sat down untill it all slowly resolved.
Current medication that Ive been taking:
Artvigil-150mg (Armodafinil) for 4 days &
Marijuana for a few years.


Male | 22 years old
Complaint duration: About 1 minute
Medications: Armodafinil (4days now) & Marijuana (few years)
Conditions: Von Willebrand Factor deficit & possible Left ventricular hypertrophy

There’s two possibilities
Tia or simple partial Seizure
Need:
MRI and MRA brain
EEG
Take care
If you have only been on the stimulant 4 days and the event occurred during that time, the medication is the most likely culprit. Your symptoms do not sound like a TIA. If you have had migraines, or if you headache after or with the symptoms, then that would be a possibility.
