Taking meds too early (SSRI & clonidine)?

I take 200mg sertraline and 0.1mg clonidine as my prescription medications. Because my clonidine also is a sedative, I take all my medications at night. Last night, I took them at around 7-8 pm. Today I was on autopilot and in a rush, and I took my full medications instead of the antihistamine I meant to take, at about 7:10 am or a little later. I don't think I've been experiencing any OD symptoms outside of my anxiety responses (chest feels tight, throat feels strange, head feels jittery and a little foggy), and I'm sure some can also be chalked up to my allergies. I'm in school right now, are there any adverse effects I should be wary of, besides the tiredness?

There should not be any problems with dose doubling. Skip the Sertraline tonight. Watch your blood pressure. It might get too low.
