Tennis elbow?

My boyfriend has been struggling with tennis elbow in his right arm for over a year now. It did go away for a couple of months but now it's back and since he started using his left arm more, is now experiencing pain in both elbows. He wears the right gear tennis elbow brace with compression pad and said it helps a little but as time goes on the pain is more severe and it's not helping much. The problem is that he doesn't have insurance and that he's a construction worker who can not afford to take any time off. What can he do at work to minimize the damage? What types of physical therapy do you recommend? Does relief factor work for this type of pain? What compression products do you recommend? If he continues to work through the pain will there be long-term consequences? Are there Universities in Michigan that would do the surgery for free? Just spitballing here, but any advice would be appreciated.

Your boyfriend should find a low level laser therapy clinic and get his elbows fixed.
There are unfortunately no answers that fit your criteria of not requiring time off work and not seeing a doctor. It truly is time for him to see his doctor.
