“Testicles pain”
4 days ago, while playing, I hit my testicles and it hurt for a while. After that it became normal. But now I have a little fear that one of my testicles is damaged. Especially the right testicle.I don't have any external infections, but I doubt it. Ejaculation also occurs.

Hello, testicle can rupture with trauma with signs including bruising and swelling. It requires a physical exam. If pain has resolved and no swelling/bruising noted, then you should be ok. However consider an examination by urologist to confirm
If your exam and appearance of the scrotum are normal then it is probably nothing. If you think there is something wrong or your exam is not normal, then you would need an ultrasound of the area. It does not hurt to do an ultrasound.
