There is dense metallic foreign body in left inguinal region same area of hernia surgery years ago.

Most likely a hernia mesh with ring. Check with your hospital or surgeon what type of mesh was used If no mesh was used could be a clip on the vessels or nerve
If clips were used in Surgery it can be clips, but follow up with Surgeon.
It could be something that was placed there to hold things together. Talk first to the doctor who ordered the scan; even if the object was left in by mistake, no need to do anything unless it is causing a problem.
