“Throat problem?”
I'm 30 years old and my throat problem started 3 months ago. I started clearing it because it felt like something was in it every since. Then I constantly clear my throat if I don't for like two minutes it feels like it's filling up with liquid stuff so I constantly clear my throat. It gets worse after I eat and when I lay down I smoke blacks.

Your complaint may be related to a condition recognized as a postnasal drip. That means secretions originating from your nose glands trickle back down into the throat giving you the above-described sensation and usually necessitating a throat-clearing maneuver to resolve the sensation. Sometimes this may also cause some coughing. This condition can be treated with a steroid nose spray among others. It is generally a nuisance and not serious but may be occasionally associated with asthma as well.
This is a problem of the throat and not the GI tract so the right doctor to see is ENT or Ear Nose and Throat.
