Thyroid?

In March I felt like a lump on my neck and the doctor send me for some tests they took blood and everything was ok. They referred me to make an ultrasound. At the beginning of July I made an ultrasound and reported: Exam performed: US Neck/Thyroid of 10-JUL-2021:

The thyroid gland demonstrates normal size and echostructure. There is a solitary small thyroid nodule located in the posterior aspect of the right lobe. The nodule is mildly hypoechoic, rounded (9mm x 8mm), and shows marked peripheral and internal vascularity. No microcalcification seen.

Bilateral parotid and submandibular glands are unremarkable. There are mildly prominent submandibular lymph nodes bilaterally. On the left, the node measures 5mm and on the right, the node measures 6 mm. No other enlarged nodes or masses in the neck.

Conclusion:
Hypervascular right thyroid nodule - correlation with TFTs advised. Mildly prominent bilateral level Ib cervical nodes - follow-up is advised.

You should be evaluated and followed by a thyroid specialist, possibly an endocrinologist, or a thyroid surgeon who might be a general surgeon or ear nose and throat surgeon. Most people would recommend a repeat ultrasound, but needle biopsy might be considered depending on the characteristics of the nodule.
Short answer: do nothing, repeat ultrasound in 6 months

Infection in head and neck with swollen lymph nodes in neck. See an ENT. Thyroid ultrasound no significant findings.
For a discussion on what to do with a thyroid nodule, you need to see an ENT doc.
