“Tinnitus?”
I have ringing and clicking in ear, grinding teeth, wax buildup. I need help in find a doctor or something I can take?

I would first get the wax removed to see if that helps with the clicking and ringing sound in your ear. A doctor can do that and evaluate the eardrum and also send you for a hearing test to see if is anything wrong with your hearing contributing to your ear symptoms.
