Coughing up phlegm?

I sometimes cough up clear phlegm, otherwise, I feel okay. Should I worry about this?

Hello,

If this is the norm for you, then possibly not. Would suggest to see a physician if at all develop worsening cough with shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms.

This sounds like a situation where you need to be seen to say for sure. But, it is very common to have a complaint of extra mucus or in the throat. Clear colored mucus probably just comes from allergies or environmental irritation, so I wouldn’t be worried, personally.
