“Tiny sore near anus?”
I have a tiny wound near my anus that did not heal for more than a year now. I have no pain and no other symptoms. Occasionally I can see a bit of pus but not much. My bowel movements have no pain and no blood. Otherwise, I am fit and healthy generally I have no other medical condition. I visited my GP last year when I first found out he said he can’t find an abscess and advised me to take medication I have had many repeat prescriptions but the tiny soar still has not healed completely. Could you please let me know what this is?

This is a skin problem, not a GI problem. You can see a dermatologist to get a proper diagnosis.
