I am having trouble ejeculatating.

Medications: Amapolidne thyroid med

Unfortunately, as we age men need more stimulation to reach orgasm unlike when you were 18 and it didn't take much because the threshold was much lower. You're just going to need more stimulation and foreplay to make that happen. The only other thing that can do this, but I did not see it on your medication list is some of the anti-depressants can delay ejaculation.
