Ultrasound interpretation?

Is there bladder inflammation?

Female | 23 years old
Complaint duration: 3 months
Medications: Mesalamine Dr 1.2g, Elmiron 100 mg, Macrobid,100mg, Clonidine 0.1 mg, Methylphenidate 54mg, Divigel 1 mg, Mirena IUD, Fluvoxamine ER 100mg and 25mg, Omeprazole DR 40mg, VitaminD2 50,000 Units
Conditions: Turner Syndrome, Colitis, Gastritis, Acid Reflux with Esophagitis, Interstitial Cystitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Eczema, Childhood Asthma, OCD, ADD

no but a urinalysis is best for that.
Ultrasound isn’t the best test for inflammation, but the conditions you have could cause it. That said, the ultrasound pictures don’t show inflammation in the bladder. The surrounding tissues are questionable.
US not great modality to rule in or out bladder inflammation. But this lining looks pretty smooth to me.
