“Uncut penis?”
I'm 18 years old and I have an uncut penis. I tried to pull back my foreskin but I can’t and i have never really pulled it as I’m a virgin.

It is likely not a problem, but a visit to a urologist would be a good idea. It should be able to be retraced by the age of 10 at least
This is called phimosis of the penis and has a condition and uncircumcised men only. You should seek the skills of a urologist to have a circumcision performed. Under no circumstances are you to pull the foreskin back over the head of the penis until you are seen by a urologist.
You should have your pediatrician look at the issue and possibly refer you to a urologist.
