Unexplained bruising?

Unexplained bruising appearing and in the last few weeks, it's becoming more noticeable. I have recently been given an increased dosage of sertraline from 50mg to now 75mg. I also take ashwagandha, prior to starting sertraline. Could these be the cause of bruising? What other issues could this be a sign of?

Sertraline Side Effect – Can affect blood clotting, causing bruising.
Ashwagandha Interaction – May have mild blood-thinning effects.
Nutrient Deficiency – Low vitamin C, K, or iron can make skin bruise easily.
Blood Disorders – Conditions like low platelets or anemia may be a cause.
Thin Skin – Aging or sun damage can make bruises more visible.
What to Do:
Watch for changes – If bruising worsens or doesn’t heal, see a doctor.
Check medications – Your doctor may adjust your dosage.
Eat well – Include vitamin C, K, and iron-rich foods.

This can be a reaction to medication, but Someone lacking in iron,or Vitamin K, B12, D might bruise easily. Also you stated that you are taking sertraline which is to treat depression and/or anxiety disorders and stress and anxiety can cause bruising. There is a disorder called (GDS) here is some information on it Gardner-Diamond syndrome (GDS) is a rare condition characterized by episodes of unexplained, painful bruising that mostly occurs on the arms, legs, and/or face. It is most common in Caucasian women who have mental illness or emotional stress. But I would recommend you go to the doctor who prescribed you the medication and let them know that you have develop bruising recently due to the medication increased and have them change it back.
