“Unknown sickness”
Today is my third day late on my period usually if it's late it's only by a day. I feel like throwing up all day and having pain in my back lower abdominal pain and rib pain and I went from 100 lbs to 103 lbs in 2 weeks when I barely can gain weight and haven't changed anything.

Pregnancy test done? routine lab screening? is early to say if pregnant or not. ultrasound to check for uterine pathology, PCP consult for further evaluation and treatment.
One possible explanation for this condition is that you are pregnant. Would that be possible?
