I suffer with constant back pain. What is a safe medication that will help to ease my pain?

There is NO medication that is completely safe. You need to identify what is the cause of the pain, then figure out how to treat it. seeing your doctor or pain management specialist is recommended if the symptom persists.
You need to find out what caused your back pain and then treat it accordingly. It is hard to say which safe medication will help you. Have you tried topical medication?
