Unusual stools?

I’ve been having unusual stools that come in two different consistencies. I will note that I only have a full bowel movement 3-4 times a week. My poop is either like rabbit poop pebble-like and extremely hard to push out. Or it comes out rather quickly and falls apart into little grain-like pieces upon falling into the toilet. This kind also comes with a thin and undescribable looking oily texture poop. It also burns when it comes out like this. I’ve gotten my gallbladder out but have had problems prior to that they just simply got worse. Sometimes it smells like burning rubber or has a foul smell. I often have tightness and cramping in my upper left abdominal area.

The alternating stool habits along with left sided pain are consistent with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, especially if this has been going on for 6 months or more. This can be treated but it's best to get a formal evaluation to make sure that IBS is the right diagnosis. See a good GI doctor to help confirm the diagnosis.
This is a problem that needs evaluation by a specialist. A gastroenterologist is a Colon and Rectal surgeon would be helpful. It may be necessary for you to have some diagnostic testing to determine the cause of your issues.
