Urination question?

I am a 56 year old man and I have a dribbling problem after using the bathroom. Should I be concerned about my prostate?

You need a rectal exam, GU exam and a urinalysis. It could be your prostate.
Dribbling after urination refers to post-void dribbling. It can be caused by BPH, stricture disease, or behavioral issues. A visit to a urologist is a good idea.

Post-void dribbling is pretty common in your age group, but just to play it safe that there isn’t more going on inside I would recommend you see your local urologist.
