Vape side effects?

If someone vapes one time and then never does it again, does it still damage your lungs?

It likely only caused very little damage. But if continued, can lead to significant lung disease. I have seen rapid lung disease develop in a guy in his late 20’s, who now is on oxygen for life. Please stay away from this trend at all costs.

Doubtful. The biggest problem with vaping and what makes them so dangerous is that they are very susceptible to being tampered with such as being laced with contraband – illegal fentanyl. If you were to take one hit half of a tainted vaping cartridge, you could very easily die from that. It’s just not worth it.
