Addiction Psychiatrist Questions Psychiatrist

Very worried?

I havent got a phone to call the AE department and I don't want to go I'm feeling quite psychotic. I had alcohol withdrawal about a month ago and I stopped taking my chlopromazine. I crave alcohol. voices concentrate on one subject, causing my death. I'm also diagnosed with cotard delusions since my cat died. I'm worried my blood will turn into ammonia. I took some clonazepam procyclidine and zopiclone and my muscles are very relaxed but I can't sleep. My breathing is fine pulse seems ok. What should I do? I live alone.

The short answer is call your psychiatrist and request to be admitted for IP treatment.
Glad you reached out - go to an emergency room of a hospital. Do that right away and you will get the help you need.

I would suggest considering a partial hospitalization program where you have access to services.
It sounds like you could provide this information to your health care provider, the individual who prescribes medication for you.
In my honest, professional opinion, you should restart taking chlorpromazine right away and arrange to see a doctor/psychiatrist.
You should see your psychiatrist. These are serious problems.
