“Vitamin D3 along with other multivitamin?”
I had severe fatigue and low energy for a couple of days. I got my vitamin D levels checked, the level is 8. My doctor prescribed a vitamin D3 supplement (50000 iu once in a week) and I am taking it. Can I also take multivitamin, omega 3 fish oil daily? Will it inhibit vitamin D absorption?

As far as I know, taking fish oil and vitamin D do not interact with each other. I hope you feel better soon.
