“WBC high?”
I have no spleen and I'm taking Lipator. For my last few blood test, my WBC goes as low as 12.1 high as 14.9.

Your WBC may be high because of your splenectomy. It is higher than normal but not a problem. As long as it doesn't go higher, I would not be concerned.
Impossible to answer without breakdown of cell types.
