Our blood for 95% consists of water. If you don't drink enough water blood becomes sick. Which means drinking water improves circulation.

Not only does water support blood circulation, water dilutes wastes and toxins to be excreted from the body. By reducing their concentration with clean water, the toxic burden on kidneys (from urine) and skin (from sweat) is improved.

The body requires water for all biochemical processing. It is important you remain hydrated, which consists of drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water. Too much water could also dangerously over hydrate the body.
