Dermatologist Questions Rash

Weird Rash, genital issue, and joint issues

About 15 days ago, i developed a non-itchy hive-type rash on my body and limbs. Other seemingly unrelated symptoms also started in the following days: Severe joint weakness, fatigue, severe pain in my jaw, sebborheic dermatitis on my scalp, swelling in my ankles and feet — my right foot especially with tenderness making it hard to bear weight on ir — and a milky-like, non-odorous vaginal discharge. Four days ago, chancre-like nodules (non-painful, but somewhat itch inducing) appeared on my vaginal region.

I’ve had severe joint issues making it hard to get up and down. Arthritis feeling tenderness in my left thumb has also plagued me along with the severe pain in my left mandible area.

I don’t know if it’s all related or a few separate issues. Please advise.
