“Weird feeling in penis?”
I masturbated without ejaculation a month ago and since then have a weird feeling and sensation in my penis. It is mostly in lower penis and sometimes tip. It happens when I breathe in mostly and I feel it worse after I pee. I am 16 and am a male.

I would need to know if there is any difficulty with urinary stream and if the urine itself is clear microscopically also clear with no evidence of blood or infection. Apparently there was no fluid coming out with ejaculation. Patient could have prostatitis .He would need further evaluation with a urologist.
if urination is normal then nothing to worry about.
Likely you are traumatizing the penis with vigorously masturbating. Gentle.
