“Pea sized thing moving freely on the right side of my scrotum and it isn't the testicle?”
There is a pea sized shaped thing moving freely around my scrotum and it's not attached to my testicle, could someone tell me what it is and what I should do.

See your doctor. An ultrasound can be done to help determine what the lesion is…it could be anything from a cyst to a tumor.
This may be a small, firm cyst; cysts of the epididymis can form; and cysts of spermatic cord can form. Be examined by urologist and by ultrasound.

This is not uncommon to find this in many men. It’s usually a small cyst. You should have an examination and possibly an ultrasound of the scrotum.
