“Weird lump”
Had a weird lump pop up 6 days ago 1 inch from my butthole very concerned but don't have insurance yet what could it be slight pinching when moving etc.. but that's all the pain I feel with it.

It is extremely likely to be a peranal abcess. An age old saying goes "If the be pus, let it out!" You need to get i puctured and get the contents out as well as establish a drain so that is does not close up and get worse again. At any rate, you need to see a surgeon.
