“Weird purple bump inside penis head?”
I have just noticed a black/purple bump inside the tip of my penis it is not painful. I do not know where it came from but I just noticed it today. I am very concerned.

Small benign hemangioma. Can be ignored or treated with YAG laser. Rarely bleeds but when it does it is usually a lot.
