1. There are different types of laser eye surgery.
2. Refractive laser eye surgery for near-sightedness and astigmatism is probably best between 21 and 50.
3. The eye's refractive power usually stabilizes between age 18-21. Cataracts may start after age 50.
There are many factors that need to be taken into consideration to help determine if you are a good candidate. It is best to confirm with your doctor if you are eligible for laser eye surgery.
Any age is acceptable if the eye is otherwise normal and the patient is healthy. SO
Between 20 and 40.

Are you talking lasik or cataracts? Cataracts is inevitable for everyone. Lasik should be done in your 20s to mid 30s.
