What are the disadvantages of PRK laser?

I will have PRK surgery. What are the disadvantages of PRK laser?

The disadvantage is the first week discomfort and not seeing very sharp after that only disadvantage is needing to use drops for 3 months instead of 1 week . The advantages are no flap and less cause of dryness.  At 6 months LASIK and PRK results are identical.
Pain Long recovery for vision (1-2 months) Need for steroid eyedrops for a few months (which do have occasional side effect of high eye pressure) Low risk of corneal haze
