I am a 41 year old male. I want to know what happens in vision therapy?

It's usually done for children.
"Vision therapy" keeps you occupied and busy while your natural healing takes place. They then credit the natural healing as due to their efforts. It offers little but an opportunity to spend your money. No legitimate clinical studies have ever taken place regarding this scheme. And those who perform it don't want such studies as they know they will not produce a justification for their activities.
