“What are the early signs of dental trouble?”
I have been experiencing jaw pain and noticing blood when I brush my teeth. Are these a sign that something may be wrong?

Bleeding gums is one sign of gum disease. You may be surprised but jaw pain occurs when you need to have seen your dentist six months ago.
I know that EVERYONE believes that they know
what's good for them. And if they want to KNOW
something they can look it up on the internet. But the INTERNET DOES NOT PRACTICE MEDICINE OR DENTISTRY. Unfortunately the internet can't fix your teeth. You the the patient can't fix your own teeth. Even dentists can't fix their own teeth for many PROCEDURES. See your dentist, get what work you need to have completed. Get on a good home care program.

I would go get an evaluation. Noticing blood while you brush can be a sign of inflammation. Jaw pain can be due to several factors. Therefore, it would be wise to make a visit.
I'm not sure that the jaw pain and the bleeding are signs of the same problem. The bleeding is probably a sign of gum disease. Get that checked and treated before you lose your teeth. Gum disease is the leading cause of gum disease. Easier to prevent than to treat. But if you don't either prevent or treat it, you will lose your teeth.
Swelling and bleeding can be signs of gingivitis or gum disease. If it has been a while since your teeth were cleaned, gingivitis is the most likely cause of your problems.
This is early sign of gingivitis. Gingivitis is due to build up of plaque or Claculus. Should visit dentist for oral exam because bleeding gum can lead to bone loss which also known as periodontitis.
These may be early signs of dental issues including periodontal disease which may include dental abscesses which can be painful .
Yes bleeding on brushing is indicative of periodontal disease and pain in jaw can be caused by TMJ dysfunction. Please see your dentist for further evaluation .
Blood is a sign of inflammation and infections of the gums. This is the early warning sign. If you are in pain that is an indicator that things have progressed and a dental visit and evaluation will be needed at this time.
Yes, bleeding gums are due to gingivitis meaning you aren't getting the plaque off of your teeth frequently or thoroughly enough. This will subside w/in 2 weeks of brushing twice a day and flossing once a day. No bleeding means healthy tissue. Jaw pain can be due to a number of things. You could be clenching or grinding your teeth at night or just tensing up during the day and not even realize it. This is common especially if you have been experiencing any additional stress.
Bleeding is typically indicative of a gum infection, either acute or chronic. Jaw pain can be associated with this. You should have an examination as soon as possible to determine the cause before it becomes even more significant. Other systemic diseases can also show up through the symptoms that you mention. Do not delay in taking care of yourself.

The bleeding gums show that there is infection in your gums. This gum infection can have a effect on your overall health, because those bacteria that causes the gum infection, spread through your blood to other areas of your body, where it can cause inflammation. The jaw pain can be tooth related or it can be that the gum infection might be going into a periodontitis (where the infection is spreading to the bone around the tooth).
My suggestion would be to consult a dentist as soon as possible.
