To just a name a few :
1. Chewing efficiency drops to about 40 % with upper and 20 % with lower denture
2. Denture might cause some sore spots that need to be adjusted especially at the beginning of the use .
3. Speech problems and excessive salivating also at the beginning of the wear
4. Lower full denture might not be stable without implant support due to smaller gum surface and tongue movements during chewing

Full dentures generally have more problems with staying in place than partial dentures which anchor to existing teeth. Over time the fit of full dentures can get worse as the bone level decreases. Implant-supported dentures are an option to avoid that problem.
The main problem is, they will not be your teeth. Nothing is better than natural teeth. Food habits and types will be changed according to the dentures. The taste will be greatly reduced as dentures cover the palate . Irritation from dentures is common. Try getting some implants if the only option is dentures and if your health allows. It will make a difference in all.
