“What are the treatment options for a bone spur?”
I have a bone spur on my heel. What are the treatment options?

Conservatively speaking, using a heel lift and doing a lot of stretching is the best thing. Ive also had Gregg success with stem cells and shockwave therapy. As the last resort, removing the spur can be done, but it is a very long recovery.
That depends on the location of the spur; but most people are referring to Plantar Fasciitis when they are talking about a bone spur (there are other locations that they can form). For plantar fasciitis, the main treatments are anti-inflammatory medications, orthotics, injections and stretching and icing. Surgery is reserved for severe cases.
