What are these bumps?

For almost two weeks I’ve had these red sores underneath my tongue painless but VERY uncomfortable. They seem to keep getting worse too.

The purple bluish anatomical object underneath the tongue are veins. Some individual have those veins more dilated than others. Regarding the sores that are uncomfortable, try to see a dentist to be treated. They can give you the right
medication. Thank you.
Just use dilute warm salt water rinses 3x per day. Avoid very hot and acidic foods. If it doesn't resolve in 1 week see your dentist.
Please see an oral surgeon for an evaluation. Try rinsing with warm saltwater and eliminate the mouthwash for now. A teaspoon of salt in a full glass of warm water.
You should have them clinically examined by a dentist or preferably by an Oral Surgeon, thanks.
