They are leftover attachment composites. They need to be removed, polished. Ask your dentist to clean the white spot so it doesn't show.

Common white spots after long-time use of device is "decalcification" - some mineral components of tooth taken away. The white spots can be easily covered by doing certain procedure. Consult with your dentist.
They are called decalcification which is that the plaque sat on the teeth too long and the teeth lost their calcium. It is a pre cavity lesion.
