What can you give a toddler for nausea?

My toddler son has constant nausea. What can you give a toddler for nausea?

I am not sure how one is able to tell if a toddler is nauseated but if this is so, he/she should see his pediatrician.
The only medication available is Zofran, also known as ondansetron.   Sometimes a PPI (such as Prilosec or Nexium) can work. However, you should consult your physician as what really needs to happen is to find out the reason for nausea.
