I am a 22 year old male. I want to know what can you not do after a deep teeth cleaning?

Avoid hot, spicy foods, nuts and seeds.
Keep bushing your teeth well and use dental floss. If possible, use a water jet.
No vigorous brushing teeth, no smoking (marijuana included), no drinking alcohol. Rinsing with salt water a couple of times may help for calm down irritated gum.
