“What causes nose twitching?”
I’ve been noticing that my eyelid and my nostril have been twitching over a long period of time and it just started to get rapid all the time.

Possibly fifth cranial nerve stimulation ?
Allergies
Twitching of the small muscles of the upper and lower eye lids are common.
This can happen occasionally and is not a major concern. It often lasts a couple of days and goes away to again happen down the road and at different or the same area. It can be associated with high caffeine consumption (try cutting back if it's the case). If it persists for over 1 to 2 weeks, then have your doctor see you and/or see a Neurologist.
