I’m a black woman and I have a patch of pink skin that appeared by my rectum.

Please have your physician examine the area. Do not ignore it.
I am not a dermatologist, but this might be a depigmented area called vitiligo. You should get a quick dermatology visit to make sure you do not have a depigmented skin tumor.

This is a skin problem, not a GI problem. It might be a spot of vitiligo but a dermatologist is the better doctor to address this.
