I am a 30 year old male. I want to know what causes tingling in the legs after exercise?

Can be a couple reasons, low magnesium, pinched nerves in the low back, and sometimes anxiety/hyperventilation can cause this as well
Most likely a pinched nerve. If it persists, see your doctor.
