“What could this lump be?”
I’ve had this lump since January and at first it was smaller and red and the picture is what it looks like now. I haven’t been sexually active for about 4 years now so it can’t be hpv. Not sure what it could be. I do smoke cigarettes.

It looks like a papilloma. If you have ever been sexually active in your life, it could be HPV. Smoking won't help anything either. You increase risk of papillomas converting to squamous cell carcinoma. So stop that.
