Do I have esophagus issues?

I went to the ER a few days ago (Wednesday morning) for chest pain and left arm pain, they ran a bunch of tests, mainly heart ones, they all came back normal and my heart is pretty healthy. The doctor told me I had pressure in my esophagus, told me to take Pepcid, then sent me on my way. I'm still having the same issues, plus stomach pain and difficulty swallowing, sometimes I have shortness of breath but I also have asthma so there's that, and I'm constipated. And I have a headache, but I have those often, my eyesight is bad.

The ER doctor is just guessing that the pain could be from the esophagus, because a GI cause is the easiest next thing on the list to blame once cardiac conditions are ruled out. You can see a GI doctor because, besides chest pain, you have a number of GI symptoms that may need workup.
If you are still having medical problems, follow up on your ER visit with an evaluation by an internist. See an ophthalmologist for your eye problem.
